Job summary

Dematic, a global leader in logistics solutions, seeks a SAP SD Senior Consultant to join the Intercompany Sales Service team in Monterrey. You will advise internal customers on sales and shipping processes and help optimize IT services within the KION Group IT framework.

The role requires 3–5 years of SAP SD experience, S/4HANA customization, ABAP/Fiori familiarity, and fluent English. Travel up to 10% to US/EMEA may be required; strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional work experience as a SAP SD consultant.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with planning, designing, implementing, and testing end-to-end SAP SD solutions (S/4HANA).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers by solving incidents and service requests.
• Analyze business/functional requirements and identify gaps vs SAP standard.
• Design and document technical specifications; ensure solution complies with architecture.
• Map end-to-end order-to-cash processes between sales and our factories.
• Advise internal customers in SAP SD and participate in projects.
