DRiV seeks a Material Master Analyst to analyze and maintain master data across product lines and support NPIs and maintenance requests. You will update SAP templates, run queries, and provide expert feedback to DRiV users globally.

Responsibilities include data checks, troubleshooting, and training users on mass load templates while coordinating with the SAP team to ensure accurate configuration and data integrity across plants.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with reports and customer analysis, SAP Master Data or data maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must interface with management, field personnel and external customers.
• Team oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to analyze SAP master data quickly.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Microsoft suite.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage projects, planning, execution, and monitor launches.
• Flexible to adapt to changing business environments and new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, analyze and update master data records for consolidation/deletion, and enhance master data content in SAP for DRiV.
• Run queries and assist in master data corrections; totals 130 queries.
• Analyze and process NPI and maintenance requests for all product lines; provide expert feedback to users.
• Provide standard cost ability on product for all DRiV locations in North America.
• Update training and template documentation for all business users (Supply Chain, product management, finance analysts, and engineering).
• Identify and troubleshoot errors and train users on mass load templates.
• Develop, implement and propose business process enhancements; design and execute SAP queries as needed.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure master data coding conventions are applied as it relates to SAP configuration by plant and product line.
• Input data into SAP for new/existing products and update existing SAP data.
• Provide guidance to business units to improve data quality for customers, material, and master data.
• Participate in master data activities for vendor and product.
• Ensure standards and guidelines are created for all aspects.
• Assist in process improvement across technical teams to enhance systems, processes and controls.
• Coordinate with SAP development team for data exports/imports.
• Knowledge of SAP modules SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD.
• Strong data analysis and reporting tools knowledge (SAP BW and SAP BO).
• Experience with SAP PI/PO for integrating SAP with other systems.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Conduct training plans on projects.
