Dematic is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to manage the technical developments of SAP systems. You will design and deliver ABAP-based solutions, interfaces, and data conversions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, transports, and project schedules are met. The role requires strong English communication and willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
• 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP ECC ABAP Developer, 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
• At least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation / conversion experience.
• Proficient with Traditional ABAP WRICEFs and working with SAP Web IDE, Eclipse IDE, ADT.
• Experience with IDocs, web services, or ABAP proxies.
• Knowledge of ABAP OO, JSON/XML data conversions, and SAP modules.

Responsabilidades

• Develop SAP objects like OData, CDS views, CE functions and SQL scripts using Eclipse.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premises and Cloud SAP products.
• Understand SAP CPI adapters (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, REST) to exchange messages.
• Analyze requirements and prepare development schedules and estimates.
• Support development efforts, unit tests, create specs, review code, manage transports.
• Design and document technical specifications and ensure alignment with architecture.
• Create test plans and automated scripts; troubleshoot production issues.
• Follow best practices and document required processes and specs.
