Stoneridge is seeking a Global Procurement coordinator to manage day-to-day inbox activities, data administration, and supplier compliance coordination with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and procurement. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about two years of related experience in procurement, manufacturing or finance, with strong English skills and familiarity with JDE or PowerBI.

Knowledge of automotive products is beneficial, and the candidate will work to improve

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or finance.
• Two years of work experience in manufacturing, finance, project management, or release management.
• Experience with data management in procurement or production environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and motivate procurement team tasks to maintain data clarity and processes.
• Administer procurement tools such as JDE, PowerBI, and supplier data.
• Support training and communicate internal procurement processes clearly.
• Assist in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records, contracts and compliance docs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Help implement procurement policies, tools, and systems for efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance procurement systems and reporting.
