Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent; post-secondary education required.
• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment; automotive focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, joining technologies, and process concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide insights on semi-complex material and processes.
• Support project timelines and delivery dates per CAT guidelines.
• Troubleshoot process issues with root-cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Travel up to 25% and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
