Job summary

Fitch Ratings’ Monterrey office is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Global Core Operations team. You will help manage the analytical workflow, support data input and verification, and provide daily assistance to rating analysts to align with internal credit rating processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and analytics, training new staff on tools, and driving process improvements to ensure compliance and quality across the global analytical community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a global financial services organization (not required).
• Customer focused with commitment to exceptional client service.
• Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, flexible, proactive and adaptable to change.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day management and support of analytical workflow operating processes.
• Assist with internal analytical support applications, data and ratings input and verification, and electronic filing of documents.
• Provide daily and ad hoc support to rating analysts to follow the pre and post internal credit rating committees' process.
• Perform other credit related and routine administrative tasks as directed by the Core Operations team.
• Assist with analytical, data collection and ratings workflow operating processes to ensure compliance.
• Participate in projects including training new team members on new tools/applications.
• Assist Senior Core Operations members with special projects on behalf of executives.
• Collaborate with analysts, IT and others to ensure processes meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve quality of support.
