Littelfuse is seeking a Network Architect to design and govern the global enterprise network, spanning manufacturing, R&D, distribution, and corporate sites. You will create secure, scalable architectures and lead implementation with cross-functional teams.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including design reviews, migrations, mentoring engineers, and serving as escalation for complex network and connectivity challenges across Azure, on-prem, and cloud integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience designing networks for a global, multi-site enterprise; manufacturing or critical ops environments valued.
• Expert-level TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, NAT, VPNs, high availability and routing policies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to support global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve global reference architectures for WAN, LAN, WLAN, internet edge, firewalls, remote access, cloud connectivity and network services.
• Translate business, security and operational requirements into practical roadmaps, design principles and lifecycle standards.
• Define target architecture for SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust and secure branch connectivity, including migration from legacy services.
• Establish a standard site blueprint for manufacturing, R&D, distribution and corporate locations with resilient connectivity patterns.
• Act as design authority for major network changes, ensuring cost-effectiveness, security and alignment with global strategy.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, proofs of concept and vendor evaluations; present recommendations to stakeholders.
