Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, finance or business administration.
• Professional procurement or project management certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing or category management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy global, regional, and multi-site category strategies for MRO.
• Partner with Engineering, Plant Facilities, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Legal, Quality and other internal stakeholders to define priorities and support execution.
• Lead or support supplier selection, bid events, evaluations, contract negotiations and awards for key projects.
• Create cost analyses, savings opportunities and supplier risk assessments for project approvals.
• Monitor spend patterns and market dynamics to identify total cost of ownership opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationship management and drive continuous improvement plans.
