Placements24 seeks an accomplished Especialista en Litigios y Arbitraje Internacional to join its fully remote legal team. You will lead cross-border disputes, oversee international arbitration, and counsel clients on complex international commercial law.

The role requires a law degree with an LL.M. in international law, 10+ years in international litigation/arbitration, fluency in English, and the ability to manage high-value cases independently in a global remote environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree with LL.M. in international law from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in international litigation and arbitration.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage international litigation and arbitration proceedings across jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement strategies for cross-border disputes.
• Advise on international commercial law, investment treaty arbitration, and public international law.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal documents for international forums.
• Represent clients in arbitral hearings, mediations, and court proceedings globally.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex international issues.
• Collaborate with foreign counsel and manage external teams.
• Negotiate settlements and advise on risk mitigation for international operations.
• Stay updated on evolving international dispute resolution frameworks.
