Dauch Corporation seeks an experienced Sr Manager Procurement to lead the indirect procurement and general stores functions across the site. You will drive delivery of global strategies, oversee supplier assessments, and manage staff to align with corporate procurement goals.

Responsibilities include approving POs, tracking savings, and coordinating with global procurement leaders to optimize contracts and performance. Bilingual Spanish/English required for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Must have at least 4 years directly related experience in indirect procurement management or related supply chain experience.
• Experience purchasing indirect materials and services.
• Experience with supplier assessments, commercial contracts and legal requirements.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and achieving savings initiatives.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts including inventory, suppliers and customer demand.
• Ability to work with a global team and lead decision-making processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Site Indirect Procurement and General Stores Team to align with local and global procedures.
• Oversee staff and resources for indirect procurement and general stores.
• Track department scorecard and KPIs; drive actions to improve results.
• Drive supplier selection and performance based on indicators.
• Approve POs according to process and authority levels.
• Assist with supplier contract compliance issues and problem solving.
• Monitor savings goals and develop action plans.
• Coordinate with Commodity Managers and key suppliers on strategies.
• Define and monitor training, performance and development for the department.
