Chrono24 is seeking an experienced Head of Controlling to shape the Controlling setup of the Chrono24 Group, leading budgeting, investor reporting, and a robust cost and revenue controlling framework. You’ll partner with the CFO, Data, and business units to ensure transparent steering and actionable insights.

You will connect Controlling, Accounting, and Data, driving automated reporting and analytics, while leading and developing your team in a fast-growing international business.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Controlling setup for Chrono24 Group and lead the team.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes; ensure regular actual vs. plan reviews.
• Drive investor reporting and provide clear management input for decisions.
