Job summary

WIN SOURCE, a global electronic components distributor, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead international sourcing and strengthen supply chain security. You will leverage your supplier network, market insights and procurement expertise to expand sourcing channels and create value for OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component markets and sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships and ability to develop sourcing channels independently.

Responsibilities

• Global Supplier Development: Develop, evaluate and maintain global electronic component suppliers, including manufacturers, authorized distributors, independent distributors and other reliable sourcing channels.
• Strategic Sourcing: Expand qualified sourcing channels for key electronic components to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Supply Chain Security: Evaluate supplier reliability, product authenticity, traceability and supply interruption risks, working with quality teams to ensure supply security.
• Procurement & Commercial Negotiation: Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation, purchasing terms and key sourcing projects.
• Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Monitor global semiconductor market trends, inventory changes, pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics and product lifecycle developments.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build long-term supplier partnerships to improve competitiveness, supply stability and response efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global sales, procurement, quality and logistics teams to solve complex sourcing needs.
• Supply Network Optimization: Optimize supplier structures and improve supply chain flexibility, reliability and resilience.
