Job summary

HARMAN is seeking an experienced EHS, Sustainability & Facilities Management Leader to establish and execute the company’s strategy for environmental, health and safety, sustainability, facilities, and physical infrastructure across global automotive manufacturing operations. This role ensures safe, compliant, reliable and cost-efficient facilities to support current and future production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred for leadership scope.
• Experience leading global EHS, facilities, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deploy global EHS strategy, standards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Lead a high-performing global EHS organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee facilities, utilities, maintenance, and energy management.
• Lead capital investment planning and facility continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sites to meet local regulatory and business needs.
