KEMET de México, part of the YAGEO Group, invites a Data Analyst to join the San Nicolás de los Garza plant. Translate data into insights, develop dashboards, and support BI initiatives across Sales, Operations, and IT in a global environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–3 years of data analysis experience, with advanced English, SQL, Python or R, and strong Power BI and Excel skills. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, CS, engineering, business, or related field required.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data.
• Support data quality initiatives and assist in maintaining data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reports and visualizations.
• Assist with analysis related to sales performance, revenue tracking, and operational metrics.
• Support ongoing improvements to reporting automation and dashboard usability.
• Document processes and contribute to best practices in data management.
