A global logistics company in Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Plus to manage logistics and coordinate international transportation. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in international logistics and customer service in foreign trade. Responsibilities include overseeing deliveries, managing customs processes, and maintaining communication with customers. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of SAP are essential for this role.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in International Logistics or Customer Service related to Foreign Trade.
  • Ability to handle international orders and customer requirement management effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage logistics for delivery from the USA to Mexico.
  • Coordinate customs processes for product importation.
  • Oversee shipment from warehouses to customers in Mexico.
  • Maintain logistics and customer service KPIs.
  • Support administrative tasks related to logistics.

Conocimientos

Effective communication skills
Organizational skills
Knowledge in international logistics
Intermediate level of English
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge and management of ERP’s (SAP desirable)
Ability to manage international orders

Educación

Professional in logistics, comex, administrative or related areas
