Qualifications
- 5+ years in telecoms or contact center environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise contact center tech such as Cisco or Genesys.
- Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools (ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, IMAC).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for contact center platforms via tickets, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests with global teams and vendors.
- Monitor tools to ensure system stability and availability.
- Lead IMAC activities and change management following ITIL practices.
- Support global contact center implementation and migration projects.
- Help establish standardized contact center processes across units.
- Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
