What will you do?

• Benefits administration and management, including insurances, retirement plans, flexible benefits, wellness programmes and other country-specific benefits
• Data and vendor management – working closely with benefits vendors and partners and maintaining accurate data records for compliance and reporting
• Process management and improvement
• Assist as appropriate with design and implementation of new benefits programs, including setting up delivery and support processes
• Writing knowledge based articles, solutions and FAQs for publication to customers and company knowledge base
• Support with other ad hoc tasks as required

You're the kind of person who...

• Is proficient in English with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Is confident and not afraid to be client facing
• Has an understanding of international benefits programs and regulatory requirements in at least one country (health, wellness, retirement and / or other employee benefits)
• Has at least 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR within a global environment, ideally within an Employer of Record or similar organisation
• Has a natural curiosity and is excited about learning about benefits in multiple countries
• Is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that documentati_on is accurate, thorough, and easy to understand.
• Has a proactive approach to problem-solving, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
