The successful candidate will manage benefits enrollments and transactions, assist with compliance, and support employee inquiries. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in HR or Business Administration and have 3+ years of HR support experience. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are essential, alongside strong organizational skills. Flexible working arrangements are available.
