Micron Technology, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Staff Planning Analyst to help build the future of global manufacturing and product portfolio.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technology Development, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights and support long-range planning. The role emphasizes scenario modeling, AI-enabled decision support, and enterprise planning.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience in long-term business planning, supply chain planning, operations planning, manufacturing planning and/or business analytics.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Strong partnerships and influence across teams.
Proficiency with data analysis and planning tools such as Excel, Tableau, SAP, Rapid Response, APO-DP, HANA, or similar enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

Align cross-functional teams to build and publish multi-year manufacturing plans that advance long-term goals.
Collaborate with Front-End and Back-End manufacturing to define node capacity plans and site strategies.
Develop and publish enterprise manufacturing plans and consensus forecasts.
Build and continuously improve planning models for capacity investments, site strategy and roadmaps.
Support executive decisions with scenario modeling and what-if analyses.
