A global consumer goods company is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to support the transformation of the Latin America Hub. The role involves driving the adoption of capabilities, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring continuous improvement across markets. Scope: this position will be supporting Latin America Countries to deliver projects in the Customer Operations service line. .

Deliver value across all CO Hub (iOps) by driving future transformation of the Latam Hub in collaboration with our Partners and Product Owners. This role is responsible of connecting with in-country operational teams to drive the adoption, execution and continuous transformation of GCH Hub capabilities/enablers/scope of work.
