A global consumer goods company is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to support the transformation of the Latin America Hub. The role involves driving the adoption of capabilities, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring continuous improvement across markets. GGH - Project Delivery Manager

Function: Global Customer Hubs

Job Location: Aguascalientes / CDMX

Scope: this position will be supporting Latin America Countries to deliver projects in the Customer Operations service line. .

Job Purpose

Deliver value across all CO Hub (iOps) by driving future transformation of the Latam Hub in collaboration with our Partners and Product Owners. This role is responsible of connecting with in-country operational teams to drive the adoption, execution and continuous transformation of GCH Hub capabilities/enablers/scope of work.

Key Accountabilities Of The Role Include
  • Own the execution and adoption of the GCH capabilities and enablers across the pillars within markets
  • Sequence and execute transformation initiatives with countries/BUs as governed by CO Product Owners
  • Drive continuous improvement agenda with our Partners
Key Responsibilities
  • Owns prioritization of capability adoption of capabilities & transformation roadmap across pillars within the geographies on behalf of global CO Product Owners and in coordination with IT, Performance Delivery Lead, and Country CO team s
  • Address adoption issues and outside system work-arounds
  • Work with global Product, and IT teams for any exception/change requirements
  • Benchmark usage and effectiveness relative to other sites / markets
  • Drives process-based / capability-based governance and benchmarking within geography
  • Ensure assets are maximized before any small tech or auxiliary automations are developed to support operations
  • Coordinates project team for BC validation and new scope of work implementation in the hubs.
  • Owns continuous improvement agenda in collaboration with partners & country
  • Drives governance to ensure right prioritization of initiatives across markets with the Partner “TIO” (Transformation & Innovation Office)
  • Ensures CI agenda of partners is aligned to UL priorities, roadmap, framework
  • Cross pollinate learnings / experience from within organization into our partner operations
  • Identify Best Practices - External and Internal. Explore emerging trends and actively seek opportunities to - SIMPLIFY, ELIMINATE, CONSOLIDATE, CENTRALISE, AUTOMATE
  • Drive effectiveness and consistency of operating model (governance, gatekeeping, etc).
Required Qualifications
  • Business acumen and customer centric mindset
  • E2E function agnostic integrator (non-silo mentality)
  • Demonstrable Agile mindset and capabilities
  • Ability to drive change
  • Holding people accountable (peers, leaders and external stakeholders) and strong personal accountability for delivery
  • Team leadership and Project management experience , preferably in the CO / supply chain sphere.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse multi-task team environments
  • Experienced in leading/working with virtual teams and driving performance across diverse mixture of cultures.
