Constellation Brands busca un Gerente de Gestión de Proyectos para liderar un portafolio de iniciativas en Piedras Negras, Coahuila. El puesto implica planificar, coordinar y cerrar proyectos dentro de un entorno de cervecería, asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de metas.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en gestión de proyectos, coordinación de equipos multifuncionales y manejo de relaciones con proveedores, con conocimiento de operaciones cerveceras y procesos de empaque.

Formación

  • Título de Bachiller en Ingeniería (Civil, Mecánica o similar).
  • Entre 5 y 10 años gestionando proyectos en industrias de bebidas, alimentos o manufactura.
  • Experiencia coordinando recursos cross-funcionales y gestionando relaciones con proveedores/contratistas.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la planificación y ejecución de portafolios de proyectos dentro del programa en una organización matricial.
  • Asegurar la asignación eficiente de recursos y control financiero respecto a alcance, presupuesto y cronograma.
  • Gestionar a Construction Managers, Process Engineers y stakeholders para entrega de proyectos con calidad y en plazo.
  • Desarrollar y mantener planes detallados, cronogramas y análisis de impacto en múltiples proyectos de cervecería.
  • Coordinar con equipos de brewing, packaging y QA para cumplir estándares y construcción.

Coordinate with brewing, packaging, and QA to ensure new equipment, recipes, or processes meet quality and construction std.3.1 Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitates collaboration among operational areas of the brewery to validate new processes.3.2 Resources and Training Management: Ensures the team has the resources, tools, and training required for a successful transition.4 Manage contractors, OEM vendors, engineering partners, and internal technical teams4.1 Vendor and Contractor Management: Bid participation, selection, contract management, technical discussions, and performance oversight for suppliers, OEMs, and engineering firms.4.2 Coordinate the efforts of internal and external engineering teams, ensuring that all disciplines and designers work collaboratively to deliver high-quality and cohesive project outcomes.
