Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management within the agricultural sector, with at least 2 years specifically in vertical farming or controlled environment agriculture (CEA).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex hydroponic or aeroponic systems.
• Strong understanding of plant physiology, crop science, and pest/disease management in CEA.
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, adapted for remote environments.
• Experience with automation systems, IoT devices, and farm management software.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
