Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of artworks, including provenance, condition, and location.
• Supervise and train gallery assistants and interns, assigning tasks and managing schedules.
• Coordinate with artists, collectors, and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage gallery budgets, including operational expenses, exhibition costs, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations within the gallery space.
• Liaise with external vendors, framers, shippers, and art transport services.
• Assist in the planning and execution of gallery events, openings, and private viewings.
• Maintain the gallery space, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and secure at all times.
