Amazon is looking for a self‑motivated and data‑driven Program Manager to help develop and grow our Premium business in Mexico.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast‑growing business, with specific focus on improving customer experience, analyzing trends, growing the business through new selection and customer acquisition.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing and partnership strategies that drive both immediate performance and long‑term brand equity
  • Lead monthly performance analysis and reporting across marketing channels
  • Build and scale influencer programs, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance management of creators
  • Drive strategic marketing campaigns and seasonal events, integrating influencer content with broader marketing initiatives
  • Spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives with focus on repeat purchase behavior
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Ads, Vendor Management, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with focus on influencer marketing, partnerships, or external traffic acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and conversion optimization
  • Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • English proficiency

  • Direct experience working with TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
  • Deep familiarity with consumables categories and their unique marketing requirements
  • Experience in e-commerce environments
