• Preparation of financial statements
• Providing information for audits
• Analysis of strategic options for tax reduction
• Collection and analysis of financial information
• Tax payment administration
• Legal guidance to clients
• Internal legal training
• Compliance with legal formalities
• Personnel management (including personal goals, performance interviews, training needs)
• Preparation of tax returns and related forms
• Bank reconciliations and clearances
• Policy records, income, expenses, and provisions
• Accounting and tax updates
• Accounting ERPs, financial and legal standards, IMSS and INFONAVIT

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting / finance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with accounting software
• Advanced English
