An international insurance firm is seeking a Functional Lead with strong experience in business analysis within the insurance domain, specifically in Commercial Property Insurance. The ideal candidate will have been involved in large-scale transformation initiatives and possess deep domain knowledge to bridge business and technology teams in an agile environment. This role includes responsibilities for requirements elaboration, documentation, and support during the implementation phase.

Formación

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in insurance, especially Commercial Property Insurance.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Elaborate requirements for assigned features.
  • Document requirements with business SMEs.
  • Support development team during implementation.
  • Participate in Sprint Review Meetings.
  • Conduct post implementation checkouts and provide BA sign-off.
  • Support business users during testing and training.

Zurich Capability Center is currently looking for a :

Functional Lead

At Zurich Capability Center, we are looking for a Functional Lead with strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, particularly in Commercial Property Insurance.

This role is ideal for someone who has been part of large-scale transformation initiatives, brings deep domain knowledge, and can act as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams in an agile environment.

Role Description :
  • Be responsible for requirements elaboration for features assigned.
  • Document the requirements working with business SMEs and handover the requirements to development teams.
  • Provide support to the development team during implementation through clarifications and pre-UAT testing.
  • Help anchor the demo of the features in Sprint Review Meetings
  • Participate in post implementation checkouts and provide BA sign-off on the features / epics owned.
  • Support business users during Early Business Reviews, SME Tests, UAT, Model Office & Trainings.
Skills Required :
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent working experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance Domain
  • Proficiency in commercial insurance (property) domain knowledge [
  • Experience in playing the role for large transformation projects
  • Experience in working in AGILE projects with proficiency in AGILE ceremonies
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills [Must Have]
