What will you do?

Your main challenges will be:

• Teach Civil Engineering courses with high academic standards, under a context of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Incorporate digital education tools to enrich the teaching-learning process.
• Actively participate in academic communities and in linkage projects aligned with the School’s strategy.
• Contribute to student attraction and retention, strengthening the sense of community and belonging on campus.
• Maintain continuous professional development with at least 40 hours of annual training in your discipline.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Civil Engineering degree with a Doctorate (preferred) in areas such as materials, structures, hydraulics, or transportation.
• Experience:
  • Proven teaching experience at the higher education level.
  • Knowledge and experience in academic or administrative management.
  • Participation in research or technological development projects related to your area of expertise (desirable).
• Competencies:
  • Minimum English level: B2 (CEFR).
  • Ability to innovate, commitment to academic excellence, and a strong vocation for service.
