Formación

As a Full-Stack Website Developer at Advantagy, you will play a critical role in supporting a diverse range of marketing initiatives by building and maintaining high-performance websites and digital experiences. You will be working primarily with WordPress, Shopify and Webflow and collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and technical stakeholders to create user-friendly, responsive, and optimized web environments.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, UX understanding and project management. You will work within an agile environment, contribute to scalable site builds, and provide technical input during campaign launches. A strong command of front-end technologies, CMS platforms, and a curiosity around AI integration will be key.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining websites in WordPress and Shopify
• Understand core SEO and web UX/UI concepts.
• Managing hosting environments, DNS configurations, and domain setups.
• Supporting the integration of APIs, plugins, and custom features across platforms.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement clean, intuitive front-end experiences.
• Making light customizations or enhancements using Python for scripts, automation, or API tasks.
• Participating in website migrations, backups, and security protocols.
• Assisting with implementation of AI-powered tools or chatbots, with a proactive learning mindset.

Required

• 5+ years of web development experience primarily with U.S. based clients
• Ability and willingness to explore other CMS platforms besides WordPress and Shopify.
• Experience setting up and managing web hosting, DNS, and domain services.
• Working knowledge of Python for basic automation, scripting, or data handling.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate with U.S. based customers.
• Self-starter with a curiosity and willingness to explore AI technologies.
• Working within PST hours (at least partially) for collaboration with the broader team.
• Project management skills and ability to effectively manage tasks through tools like Asana or Jira.

Good to Haves

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Webflow or other CMS platforms.
• Personal/Professional experience with projects involving AI
• Exposure to headless CMS, Jamstack, or serverless architecture.
• Prior experience working in marketing, agency, or multi-client environments.
• Ability to write documentation, create wikis, or contribute to internal developer guides.
