A leading IT company based in Mazatlán is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to spearhead software development across both frontend and backend components. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Full Stack Developer. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React.js and Node.js, along with advanced knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Fluent English and native Spanish are essential, and the position is on-site in Culiacán.

Formación

We are currently searching for a Full Stack Technical Lead:

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack software development across frontend and backend components
• Guide technical decisions and best practices across the development lifecycle
• Develop solutions using React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Python (Django/FastAPI)
• Design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Collaborate using Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control in team environments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Full Stack Developer
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development (frontend + backend)
• Strong knowledge of modern frameworks: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Python (Django/FastAPI)
• Advanced understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
