Resolv Global is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and run production applications on Microsoft Azure, including APIs, data, and web interfaces used daily.

You will evolve prototypes and AI-assisted builds into secure, testable, observable systems at scale, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, PMs, designers, and operations teams across environments.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience building and running production web apps across backend and frontend
• At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, React skills with Python for AI/ML services
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues
• Familiarity with real-time/event-driven systems and messaging queues
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools (Bicep/Terraform)
• Proven track record turning prototypes into stable production apps with secure coding & tests
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and validating outputs
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Based in Colombia or Mexico and eligible to work

Responsabilidades

We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and run production applications on Microsoft Azure, from APIs and data to the web interfaces clients use every day.

Much of the work starts with prototypes and AI-assisted builds that prove an idea but aren't ready for real clients. You'll turn them into secure, tested, observable systems that scale, working closely with AI/ML engineers, product and project managers, CX designers, and operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Build backend services: Develop APIs and services with clear boundaries, automated tests, and code review.
• Build frontend applications: Create client portals, internal consoles, admin screens, and dashboards.
• Take prototypes to production: Review AI-generated and prototype codebases, determine what to keep or rebuild, and prepare them for real users.
• Integrate AI services: Connect AI models and services, including real-time features.
• Run applications on Azure: Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD across development, staging, and production environments.
• Connect third-party systems: Build integrations with CRMs, ticketing tools, and other platforms.
• Maintain reliability and observability: Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Protect data: Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secure secrets management, and safe handling of personal data.
• Document solutions: Maintain clear technical documentation that helps other engineers work effectively.

Our Technology Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Azure Static Web Apps, or Azure App Service.
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Azure App Service, Container Apps, and Functions.
• Data: PostgreSQL or Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, and Blob Storage.
• Messaging: Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
• Identity and access: Microsoft Entra ID, Entra External ID, managed identities, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Security: Azure Key Vault, virtual networks, private endpoints, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Delivery: Docker, Azure Container Registry, Bicep or Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and OpenTelemetry.

Working Environment

You'll work remotely from Colombia or Mexico, collaborating with AI/ML engineers, project management, CX design, and BPO operations teams. Working hours are aligned with EST business hours.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience building and running production web applications across both backend and frontend.
• At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills, with working knowledge of Python for AI/ML services.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems, including WebSockets, streaming, and messaging queues.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• A track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications by addressing security gaps, weak error handling, and missing tests.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, and the ability to review, validate, and correct their output.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country.

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or Azure AI Speech.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience implementing LLM patterns, including function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and evaluations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or BPO technology.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA environments.
• Knowledge of Mexico's LFPDPPP or Colombia's Ley 1581.
