About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer on our Customer Experience product team, you will craft and enhance the digital experiences that introduce users to our product and drive adoption. This includes owning the end-to-end development of critical capabilities like user onboarding flows, compelling free trials and upgrades, and intuitive self-service features. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and designers while leading the buildout of front‑end and back‑end components.

What you’ll do:

• Build: Design, develop, and maintain web applications for user onboarding, trial and free‑tier experiences, and self‑service capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to understand and translate user needs into exceptional experiences.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the full development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to implementation and deployment.
• Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern front‑end (React, Javascript) and back‑end (Node.js, Python) technologies.
• Dashboard Creation: Create highly visual dashboards, analytics, and reporting experiences by leveraging front‑end technologies and integrating with our analytical data pipeline to provide actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Decision Making: Optimize performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure secure and reliable deployments.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Proficient in building both front‑end and back‑end applications.
• Dashboard Experience: Experience creating highly visual dashboards, analytics, and reporting experiences by leveraging front‑end technologies.
• Framework and Language Savvy: Experience with a modern front‑end framework (React) and a back‑end language (Python, Node.js).
• UX Optimization Expert: Experience building and optimizing user interfaces and user journeys; passion for the user experience and a strong desire to create intuitive and delightful interfaces.
• Web Development: Deep understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Strong Communicator: Excels at understanding the broader context and can articulate thoughts clearly; enjoys interacting with customers when appropriate.
• Self-starter: Intrinsically motivated and can work independently or as part of a team.
• Lifelong Learner: Passionate about technology and well-informed about the latest technologies and trends in software development.
