A leading logistics company in Tepotzotlán is seeking an Area Manager to oversee and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage team performance, and communicate effectively. Required qualifications include experience in team management and a Bachelor's degree. This role demands flexibility and dedication to safety and efficiency in operations.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as a people manager.
• 3+ years of general experience.
• English skills at B2+ level.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and maintain compliance.
• Create and support recognition and communication programs.
• Ensure all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
