KION Group AG in Mexico is seeking a Junior Front-End SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer to design, develop, and enhance SAP applications for warehouse and logistics workflows. You will focus on SAP Fiori/UI5, JavaScript, and TypeScript while collaborating with business stakeholders and tech teams.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, logistics IT, or related field.
• Hands-on front-end development experience through internships, projects, apprenticeships, or first roles.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 or strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Foundational JavaScript/TypeScript skills; HTML5 and responsive design.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
• English proficiency required (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Support design, development, and maintenance of SAP EWM-related front-end applications.

Dematic/KION is looking for a Junior Front-End SAP Fiori / UI5 Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of user-friendly SAP applications for warehouse and logistics processes. This role focuses on front-end development using SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, JavaScript, and TypeScript, while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver intuitive and efficient user interfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in front-end technologies and a willingness to build knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) backend processes and integrations. Tasks and Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of SAP EWM-related applications with a strong focus on SAP Fiori / UI5 front-end solutions
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and SAP UI5
• Collaborate with functional SAP EWM consultants, backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand warehouse process requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Assist in the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues in productive and non-productive environments
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements for existing SAP front-end applications
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, defect fixing, integration testing, and user acceptance support.
• Contribute to technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, usability principles, and internal quality guidelines.
• Build and continuously expand knowledge of SAP EWM backend processes, ABAP development, debugging, interfaces, and relevant data structures to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support backend-related development tasks under guidance, including simple ABAP enhancements, service enablement, technical analysis, and integration with SAP EWM process logic
• Work effectively in an international and multicultural environment with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Degree, apprenticeship, or comparable qualification in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, logistics IT, or a related field.
• Initial hands-on experience in front-end development through internships, university projects, apprenticeships, or first professional roles
• Basic Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 development, or strong motivation to build up skills in this area quickly
• Foundational programming skills in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive web design principles
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP is beneficial; strong willingness to build ABAP development, debugging, and backend troubleshooting skills is expected
• Interest in SAP EWM warehouse processes, production logistics, technical integration, and end-to-end application development
• Interest in developing user-friendly enterprise applications and digital business solutions
• Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
