FedEx Logistics Toluca is seeking a delivery and pickup associate responsible for accurate loading, sorting, and handoff of heavy packages, ensuring paperwork and customs compliance. You will perform safe vehicle operations and maintain professional appearance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, ability to handle weighty shipments, and flexibility to work variable shifts to meet cargo flow. High school or equivalent and basic English preferred.

Formación

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accomplishes accurate and timely pick-up, selection, inspection, and delivery of assigned packages.
• Seeks additional business from current customers and passes leads to Station Ops manager or Salesperson.
• Informs Salesperson and manager of changes in customer use/competitor actions.
• Checks packages for proper labeling, legality of content, weight/size, wrapping, insurance values, hazardous material requirements, and customs documentation.
• Provides necessary paperwork relating to pick-up/delivery such as airway bills, delivery records, vehicle conditions, Duties/Taxes invoices.
• Ensures proper security of FedEx and customer property including cash, packages, equipment, and hazardous materials.
• Operates vehicle safely, following country regulations and safety policies.
• Strives for productivity through method improvements.
• Collects D/T invoices for Customs processing when necessary.
• Ensures FedEx material availability for shipping.
• Maintains neat appearance of self and vehicle.
• Loads Dangerous Goods with proper paperwork per DOT regulations.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
