About you

We are looking for someone who will provide assistance in developing and overseeing the planning and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives.

For this role, we want someone who is experienced in marketing and B2b lead generation.

Someone who is an expert in marketing strategies, industry trends, analytics and campaign success.

Fractional CMO Overview

As a Fractional CMO, you will be responsible for company branding, optimizing and improving the company's online presence, and ensuring that KPIs are met. You will also be the point of communication for the marketing team, media agencies and vendors, and prepare marketing materials for online promotion and distribution.

Goals of a Fractional CMO

• Create, execute and expand the company's marketing strategy and programs, through designing and executing marketing funnels.
• Improve and expand digital lead generation.
• Optimizing and improving the company's online presence through branding, PR and content marketing.

Responsibilities of a Fractional CMO

• Create winning omni-channel marketing strategies to build lasting impressions with consumers.
• Find, plan, and monitor vendors working on the company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.).
• Create campaigns, launch, and monitor vendors working on optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc.
• Review and monitor SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience, and keep messaging on brand across all channels.
• Measure performance (KPI's) of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
• Acquire insight in offline and online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
