A leading global technology company located in Saltillo, Coahuila, seeks an experienced Finance professional responsible for driving effective financial planning processes at the plant level. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in finance within manufacturing environments, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to work cross-functionally. The role participates in weekly operational meetings, analyzes production constraints, and prepares financial reports to support decision-making. Candidates with a BS in Finance/Accounting, and preferably an MBA or CPA, are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with operations in sales and operations execution and planning processes.
• Outstanding ability to communicate and partner with business operation leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the S&OE/P process from a finance perspective and participate in weekly meetings.
• Analyze production constraints and align with operations.
• Prepare monthly reports related to finance S&OE at the plant level.
