Overview
We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work cross‑functionally to deliver insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improved financial performance across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and explain variances from budget or forecast to provide data‑driven insights to improve performance.
- Develop, consolidate, and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis. Build variance analysis for all key expense line items.
- Drive value‑add change by assisting in simplifying processes, accelerating automation / digitization, and enhancing the analytics function.
- Partner across Corporate and Business Finance team, Supply Chain Finance and regional teams and support cost reduction initiatives in OPEX costs.
- Drive the planning process on monthly & annual basis and long‑range plans.
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic planning, investment decisions, and business revival strategies.
- Produce Operational Expenses report (Direct, Indirect & Fixed) on Monthly / Quarterly basis.
- Develop and report Headcount and Compensation Analysis. Support workforce planning and cost modelling.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of OPEX reports on continuous basis and drive actionable, improved financial results.
- Collaborate with finance leaders (BGs, Corporate and Supply Chain) to develop a standard service catalogue of financial reports and key operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4‑6 years relevant FP&A and work experience in Supply Chain Finance "preferred", but are not mandatory.
- Education: CA, CMA, MBA Finance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking skills with diligence in OPEX costs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborator: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Initiative: Initiative‑taking with an initiative‑taking approach to learning and contributing to the team.
