Scale Up Recruiting Partners is partnering with a fast-growing AI startup to recruit a Founding LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Strategist. You will own campaigns from research through launch, testing, and optimization, building tailored ICPs and messaging to spark real conversations.

You’ll rely on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources to craft precise outreach, write compelling messages, and drive qualified meetings. This is a remote, long-term contractor role with significant ownership.

Formación

• Built and optimized successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong ICP research, segmentation, targeting, and copywriting.
• Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to write concise, human outbound messages.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and drive opportunities.
• Comfortable learning new markets quickly.
• Data-driven decision making for campaigns.
• Own campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Explain why campaigns succeed or fail and next steps.
• Care about quality and business impact of work.

Responsabilidades

• Learn each client’s product, market, and sales process.
• Identify ICPs, buyer segments, triggers, and angles.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Determine who to target and why they would care.
• Write connection requests and messages, including variants.
• Launch LinkedIn outbound campaigns on the company platform.
• Monitor acceptance, replies, and meeting rates.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and adjust.
• Run tests across audiences, offers, messaging, and CTAs.
• Review replies to understand market signals.
• Pause weak campaigns and scale successful ones.
• Document tests, results, and learnings.
