Flowserve Corporation in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a Material Handler to support loading/unloading trucks, packaging and un-packaging materials, and assist with stock in storage. The role may require operating a forklift and involves shipping/receiving duties to service internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include verifying bill of lading, recording receipts in ERP, and ensuring accurate outbound shipments, with readiness for overtime and cross-training across functions as needed.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Unload incoming shipments and verify documents.
• Record materials received on purchase orders and ensure ERP receipt within 24 hours.
• Ensure accuracy of outbound shipments and properly package them.
• Communicate with purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain filing and archiving of documents; follow warehouse processes and safety rules.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and more than 100 lbs occasionally; stand/walk/kneel/bend.
• May operate forklift and work overtime including weekends/evenings.
• Speak and understand the language of logistics and maintain good communication.
• Cross-train across functions as needed.
