A manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee material supply and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in ERP systems. Responsibilities include ensuring material compliance, managing inventory reviews, and handling supplier relations. This role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 05:06 PM.

Formación

• More than 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Conversational level of English is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and trend analysis.

Supply of Raw Material according to demand, analyze and follow up shortages, excess, discrepancies, payments and quality problems and maintain an optimal level of Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supply of Materials according to demand.
• Periodic Inventory Review
• Follow-up of corrective and preventive actions regarding imports.
• Coordinate the reception of materials in transit.
• Monitoring of pending payments to suppliers.
• Follow up on open orders for required materials.
• Follow-up of Quality Problems and Discrepancies.
• Comply with the requisitions and demands of raw material in the plant.
• Identify compliance risks in purchase orders.
• Support processes, ensuring the arrival of materials to the plant.
• Promote the implementation of preventive programs for critical materials.
• Apply and follow the guidelines according to the established procedures, standards and official Mexican norms in SoluM.
