A leading technology company is looking for an experienced network and security engineer to troubleshoot complex incidents involving advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, relevant certifications, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include designing secure network topologies and monitoring vulnerabilities. This hybrid role requires flexible availability for incident resolution, focusing on professional growth within the company.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise network & security engineering.
• Certifications in PCNSE, PCNSA, Fortinet FCSS & FCP required.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving network technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto technologies
• Monitor vulnerabilities and manage hardware/software upgrades
• Lead technical sessions with customers and vendors (in English)
• Design and optimize secure network topologies
• Ensure systems are audit-ready and aligned with best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise network & security engineering
• Certifications: PCNSE, PCNSA, Fortinet FCSS & FCP (required); Cisco CCNP, Checkpoint CCSA (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, proxies, IPS, AV, NAC, WLAN/LAN/VPN
• Fluent in English & Spanish (90% English required)
• Solid understanding of IT compliance, ITIL processes, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience leading teams and coordinating project activities

Location: Puebla / CDMX

Work Mode: Hybrid / Flexible availability required for incident resolution
