Join our dynamic Supply Chain and Operations team at Kellanova, where you’ll drive financial excellence and support strategic decision-making for our Linares Plant. As a Finance Manager, you’ll lead key financial processes, ensure compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This is a full‑time, onsite role reporting to the Plant Director, with direct responsibility for financial analysts and close collaboration with all plant areas.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead Key Financial Processes – Execute critical financial activities including month‑end close, provisions, and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with business needs.
  • Analyze and Explain Results – Provide clear, detailed explanations of plant financial outcomes to leadership, supporting informed decision‑making.
  • Drive Cost Optimization – Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction across manufacturing lines, partnering with teams to implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure Compliance – Oversee adherence to company policies and financial controls, including inventory management, budget governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Talent – Foster the growth of your team through regular evaluations, targeted training, and proactive support for career development.
We’re Looking for Someone With
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • 30% travel availability
