Are you a data-savvy finance professional who thrives at the intersection of operations and analytics?

We're seeking a Financial Planning & Analytics Analyst to join our a key business unit in Coahuila! This role is a key partner to operations, responsible for delivering insights that drive cost improvements, optimize manufacturing performance, and support strategic financial planning.

You’ll work hands-on with variance analysis, forecasting, and profitability reporting helping leadership make smarter, faster decisions.

What your day will look like:

• Prepare P&L statements, manufacturing variance reports, and cash flow statements
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance by service and cost center
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes (annual + quarterly)
• Identify trends and develop financial models for cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases and working capital initiatives

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
• Strong understanding of standard costing and inventory valuation
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, JD Edwards, Power BI, or OneStream preferred
• Fluent English; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and MX GAAP

This position requires 25% onsite presence in Muzquiz, Coahuila; the rest of your time would be spent working remotely. This is non-negotiable.
