A multinational technology company based in Monterrey is seeking a Finance Analyst to play a key role in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Mexican financial regulations, and the ability to work independently. Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or equivalent Finance/Accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican financial rules and tax regulations.
• Experience with internal controls and financial compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Manage cost and revenue accrual accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican financial regulations and corporate tax requirements, including VAT.
• Maintain and improve internal controls to support accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

What will you be doing:

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Mexican financial rules and tax regulations.
• Experience with internal controls and financial compliance.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Leadership skills are a plus.
