Breg is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Carlsbad, Mexicali, Texas and Indianapolis operations. You will analyze financial and operational performance, prepare reports, and drive improvements in cost control and profitability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 1+ years in accounting/finance, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with AI productivity tools. This position offers strong growth and regional collaboration opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Public Accountant or in a related accounting/finance role.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes financial and operational performance of Carlsbad, Mexicali, Texas, and Indianapolis operations; identifies trends and opportunities.
• Prepares, consolidates, and presents financial reports; compares results to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Performs variance analysis and follows up with teams to address deviations.
• Supports budgets, forecasts, and financial projections; maintains financial models and analyses.
• Prepares income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, gross margin, and other metrics.
• Analyzes costs, expenses, and operational metrics to identify risks and improvements.
• Monitors compliance with purchasing policy and financial controls; reports deviations.
• Collaborates with Finance and Operations to address requests and priorities.
• Maintains financial processes, documentation, and records; participates in automation initiatives.
