McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Financial Analyst for a Hybrid (60/40) role at our Interlomas, Edo. Mex. site.

The position focuses on SG&A financial activities, providing analyses and reports to management while partnering with cost center owners across LATAM. Responsibilities include spend and CAPEX analysis, monthly close, budgeting/forecasting support, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate has a finance degree, 1+ years of experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1+ years’ financial analysis experience required, preferably in food or CPG/FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of financial accounting standards preferred.
• Systems knowledge in Excel required, and SAP preferred.
• Good understanding of how the team integrates with other functions.
• Good business partner sense.
• Ability to work independently and apply judgement.
• Able to work across functions, see from others points of views.
• Ability to meet strict monthly deadlines and work under pressure and ask for help with prioritization when needed.
• Operates and communicates effectively across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and organization skills.
• Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written).

We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex. .This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:

Support financial activities related to SG&A for actual results, forecasts and budgets. Business Partner working towards company goals by providing financial analyses and reports for management. Assist with the interactions between the cost center owners and the LATAM business.
