The role

You will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial reports, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, collaborating with different departments to manage and consolidate key information, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

What you will do

• Manage offline payments, coordinating payroll processes across regions.
• Support the Finance team with expense and revenue projections.
• Participate in the salary review process and contribute to payroll planning.
• Collaborate with payroll and related processes to ensure efficiency and financial consistency.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
