The Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Support core planning processes (Month‑end closing, forecast, budget, etc.) through data collection, verification, and processing, to ensure timely submission to GBS and Sector, looking for automation, digitalization and streamlining of current processes.
- Partner with Finance and Non‑Finance stakeholders (Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.) guiding them to ensuring a robust and working solution across FOBO Latam.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on any topic related to Mosaic – first line of defense in front of end‑users.
- Identify issues and define action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution – Escalate issues if needed.
- Deliver training to end‑users (population ranging from L8 to LG2).
- Manage IT/consulting houses to get the required fixes in the solution, test the system and drive enhancement.
- Ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement/programming of the Mosaic tools, and processes.
- Support or have experience with the writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts that allow Mosaic system to function properly.
Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry or massive consumption market (CPG) and Consulting.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience operating in a data analyst, business data analyst, business intelligence or business architect role.
- 100% English language proficiency (oral and written).
- Build Data Definition Language (DDL) constructs iteratively based on feedback from data engineers and evolving business requirements.
- Proficiency with Mosaic Tech, IBM Planning or TM1 Tool is a nice to have.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must.
- Knowledge of systems (SAP, HFM, Alteryx, Power BI, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Azure Data Lake, Hive, Presto, Synapse, Python, R, Trifacta, Azure Data Factory) – nice to have.
