Dymax is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. This role involves safeguarding financial health through timely reporting, enforcing compliance, managing banking, tax, and audits, and guiding working capital performance.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, a BS in Accounting, and strong proficiency in ERP systems. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience as local controller or finance manager in distributor/manufacturing environments.
• Strong judgment and independence.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.
• Administer payments, cash control, and banking.
• Manage tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor working-capital health and cash-conversion.

Accounting experience

Advanced Excel skills

Fluent Spanish

Knowledge of Mexican regulations

BS in Accounting

MBA/CPA / Chartered Accountant (preferred)
