Empresa Confidencial seeks an experienced Finance leader to support Plant Management with manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role collaborates across functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, driving cost efficiency and productive performance.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in accounting/finance, 10+ years in finance, and 5+ years in manufacturing, with advanced English and SAP expertise to lead the plant’s financial operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• ERP/SAP knowledge and experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in finance.
• Proven leadership experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial support to Plant Management.
• Oversee and provide manufacturing cost accounting for the plant.
• Manage and control budgets for assets and operating expenses, while supporting productivity goals and daily financial reporting.
• Collaborate and work closely with all functional areas across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Analyze production costs and cost performance.
• Coordinate and execute monthly financial and operational closings, ensuring compliance with corporate directives.
• Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the monthly forecast process.
• Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the annual budget, including calculating labor rates by cost center.
• Coordinate and execute tax audits and fiscal compliance reviews.
